Kyle Bybee is the Co-founder of Salon Learning Curve, a coaching and leadership development practice focused on transforming individuals, small businesses, and leadership teams, to achieve superior strategic business outcomes. Each program is customized to the special needs of the client ranging from one to one coaching to overall strategic organizational design.

Kyle is a seasoned leader with demonstrated success in building high performing teams to deliver upon critical business objectives. Key strengths include his ability to identify strategic organizational needs and design team structures and business processes to achieve superior business outcomes.

Kyle brings extensive coaching experience from his corporate career to guide his clients through the SLC Coaching program. This expertise, combined with his training at Salon Learning Curve Academy, enables him to leverage strategies for excelling in leadership along with practical application of essential tools and techniques to help his clients achieve their desired success. Kyle is a skilled facilitator, both as a leader of training programs as well as in participatory programs for strategy development, goal setting, and team building

In addition to the Salon Learning Curve, Kyle has spent over a decade in the real estate industry in management, finance, and investment. Beyond real estate Kyle has sales experience both working for and selling to fortune 500 companies. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Utah State University and a Real Estate Sales License from the California Department of Real Estate.

Marilyn SadeQ, stepped in the beauty industry in early 80’s as internee from her high school , attending Carmichael Beauty College as a R.O.P. student, this is were she found her true passion for Hair. After graduating, her first start was in a Roseville Salon. And this is where not only she began developing skills for all of her achievement today but this success and motivation earned her the vital position at the prestigious Hoshall’s salon and spa, where under the direct guidance of Bill Hoshall , founder of Hoshall’s salon and spa, began her extensive training as an International Master Designer. Not only she did excel her crafts, but also expanded her abilities through mentoring and empowering others in the field.
Advancing her education, studied with L’Oreal as world class educator, as well advanced level education in Vidal Sasson, Jacque Desauge and Tony & Guy cutting techniques; in addition she been lucky to study under mentors and coaches such as Michael Cole, David Wagner and Yosh.
Becoming a well known hair stylist, an artist, an eco entrepreneur & world class educator, the next was to work in a prestigious salon but to own and run Sacramento’s top salons.

Jacklyn is our technical director, and comes to us with a colorful background as an advanced instructor and colorist with Aveda , as well as The Director of education and Mentor for Willo SalonSpa. She is a nationally Certified Colorist for Aveda and continues to strive for additional awards and certifications in hair color as learning never ends! Her expertise in the beauty field brings a special touch to our education department in inspiring and expanding knowledge of color, organics and other tips for success in our industry.Jacklyn has a strong passion for educating and sharing experiences with stylists’ across the country. Her fun and fresh approach to teaching keeps classes exciting and interesting. She leads our training for our national certification classes and empowers stylists to enhance their skills. Her presentations are both informative, and effective, for learning color in a way that invokes thinking and refining our skills as professionals
